Description:Hi Keith Well, your ducts look fine from what I can see. In terms of fan selection- it strikes me that this is a relatively lightweight airplane. Here's my quickie take on things- Small, fast, heavily loaded airplanes do better with smaller fans assuming equivalent watt levels. It's all based on momentum- a smaller fan will move less air faster than a larger fan- very akin to prop size. So given a 4 lb airplane and the need for about watts to get decent jet like performance at a minimum- the question is what fan is reasonably efficient at this power level.
